At Absolute Aid Academy, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR and BLS training. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.
Payments
All payments made for training services are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Rescheduling & Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled training:
- You may request to reschedule or transfer your booking within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Requests must be made prior to your scheduled training time
- Transfers may be applied to another available class date or participant
Scheduling Confirmation
- Training dates and times are not confirmed until coordinated with the instructor
- After payment, a representative will contact you within 24 hours to finalize scheduling
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Participants must arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the course to receive certification
- No-shows or missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling
Cancellations by Absolute Aid Academy
In the rare event that Absolute Aid Academy must cancel or reschedule a class:
- You will be offered a rescheduled date or
- A full refund, if a new date cannot be accommodated
Travel & Mobile Training
- Travel is included within the Charlotte area
- Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of the service radius and will be confirmed prior to scheduling
Certification
Certification cards are issued within 24–48 hours after successful completion of the course. Participants must complete all required training to receive certification.
