Terms & Conditions – Absolute Aid Academy, LLC

By booking and participating in training services provided by Absolute Aid Academy, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Absolute Aid Academy, LLC offers CPR/AED and Basic Life Support (BLS) training for individuals and groups. Courses include hands-on instruction and certification upon successful completion.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed 
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider 
• By submitting payment, you agree to all policies listed on this website 

• Training dates and times are not confirmed until scheduled with the instructor 
• After payment, you will be contacted within 24 hours to finalize your training details 
• Customers must provide accurate contact information to ensure scheduling confirmation 

• Participants must arrive on time and remain for the full duration of the class 
• Failure to complete the course requirements will result in no certification issued 

• Certification cards are issued within 24–48 hours after successful course completion 
• Certifications are valid for 2 years, depending on course type 
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate email information for certification delivery 

• Bookings may be rescheduled or transferred within 30 days, provided notice is given prior to the scheduled session 
• Transfers may be applied to another participant or future class date 

• All payments are non-refundable 
• Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details 

• Training may be conducted at the client’s location 
• Travel is included within the Charlotte area 
• Additional travel fees may apply outside the service radius and will be confirmed prior to scheduling 

By participating in training, you acknowledge that:

• CPR and first aid training involves physical activity 
• You voluntarily participate at your own risk 
• Absolute Aid Academy, LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during training 

Absolute Aid Academy, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any participant who:

• Disrupts the training environment 
• Fails to follow instructions 
• Engages in unsafe or inappropriate behavior 

Absolute Aid Academy, LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify course content as needed 
• Reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances 

In such cases, clients will be offered rescheduling options or refunds if applicable.
